Born Rory Pike in Kingston Jamaica, I grew up in a place known as the Concrete Jungle, until at age 12, when I moved to Portmore, St. Catherine, to live with my aunts.
    
     After receiving my high school diploma from Jamaica College, in Kingston, I immigrated to America to live with my mother in New York. Shortly after arriving in the United States I met Gregory James a.k.a. TC, a fellow Jamaican with a passion for music rivaling my own, we clicked immediately. Later we hooked up with  a few other guys and formed the NYCE Crew. We recorded a few good tracks together and one of the songs (Rolling) made it onto the soundtrack and motion picture movie called PHAT GIRLZ back in 2006. Unfortunately we all split up and started to do our own thing due to creative differences and other personal reasons.
      For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a love of music, especially older hits by Reggae greats such as, Bob Marley, Dennis Brown and Berris Hammond, as well as American and European greats such as, Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke, Billy Joel, and The Beatles. My taste in music vary not only in what I listen to, but also what I write and produce so therefore my music includes a unique blend of Reggae, Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, and Rock.
      I started my own record company called EVOLUTION RECORDS , then I moved to Atlanta Georgia back in 2005 where I met a few different people who are trying to make a name for themselves in the music industry, but as faith would have I partnered up with Nykell Willams a.k.a. Monee, who happens to be just as serious and determined as I am, to make some real quality music. Since joining forces with IN THE FASTLANE RECORDS, I’ve been working on my new album entitled DESTINED, which will be dropping very soon. I’m basically here to say that I’m ready for the world, so the world need’s to get ready for me, Because I know for a fact, that if I get my foot in the door, no one can stop me but God himself.
